1. Membership Deliverables

The Digital Marketer's Workgroup is an application-based membership community for freelance marketing specialists. Company agrees to provide access to the community and programming as described on the Program checkout page at the time of purchase, which may include peer sessions, networking, roundtables, guest experts, job leads, and the Hire a Unicorn directory listing.

Programming frequency and format may vary at the Company's discretion. Job leads are shared as submitted by online business owners through the Company's network and are first come, first served. Member is solely responsible for applying to any opportunities posted. Company has no control over the frequency or volume of job submissions and makes no guarantee that a Member will acquire work from any lead posted.

2. Platform & Access

The Digital Marketer's Workgroup community engagement — including peer sessions, networking, roundtables, and job leads — is hosted on Circle. The library of training resources and recorded content is housed in Kajabi. By joining, Member acknowledges that access to the Program requires use of both platforms, each of which has its own terms of service and privacy policy. Member will be required to create accounts on both Circle and Kajabi to access all Program benefits.

Company is not responsible for any disruptions, outages, policy changes, or discontinuation of features caused by Circle or Kajabi. Access to the Program is dependent on these platforms remaining available and operational, and Company makes no guarantee of uninterrupted access as a result of third-party platform issues.

3. Payment

Membership dues are billed as follows:
  • $1,497 for an annual membership (12 months)
  • $897 every six months for a bi-annual membership

Member authorizes Company to charge their payment method automatically at the start of each billing period. Member is responsible for keeping payment information current at all times.

Any missed payment will result in immediate suspension of access to the Program until the payment is resolved. After two (2) failed payment attempts, Member will be removed from the community.

4. Cancellation

Annual memberships are non-cancellable mid-term. Your membership runs for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you do not wish to renew, you must notify Company in writing at info@emilyreaganpr.com before the 15th of the month prior to your renewal date, or your payment method will be charged for another annual term.

Bi-annual members may cancel after their initial six-month commitment by notifying Company in writing at info@emilyreaganpr.com before the 15th of the month prior to their next billing date.

Upon cancellation, Member immediately loses all access to the community, job leads, directory listing, training library, and all other Program benefits as of the cancellation effective date.

Company reserves the right to cancel any membership at any time for any reason.
All membership dues are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellation, non-participation, or dissatisfaction with the Program.

Member is granted a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access Program content for personal professional development only. Member may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share with non-paying individuals, or create derivative works from any Program content without the express written permission of the Company.

Violation of this section may result in immediate membership termination without refund.

7. Independent Contractor Status
